Who can enroll?
Our AVSEC programs are for employed personnel who meet the course requirements and have the appropriate airport or airline operator endorsement.
Please provide your company/agency name, current assignment, and intended course so we can check your eligibility. If you are not yet employed, please coordinate with your prospective employer regarding the requirements before applying.
Can I enroll individually?
Yes, employed individuals may enroll, subject to available slots in a public batch and completion of the documentary requirements.
A public batch brings together eligible participants in a shared class. Since most clients enroll full batches, individual applicants may need to wait for an available public schedule.
Please send your preferred course and company/agency name so we can check availability.
Can our company enroll a small group?
Yes, we can assist with small-group inquiries. Please send your company/agency name, preferred course, number of participants, and email address.
Our team will review your request, check availability, and provide a formal quotation. Training arrangements remain subject to confirmation.
How do I know which course to take?
Please send your current position and assignment, along with details of any AVSEC training you have completed.
Our training team will review your information and prerequisite certificates to help identify the appropriate course for your training needs.
When is the next training?
Please send your preferred course, number of participants, and intended training date so we can check the schedule.
Complete documentary requirements must be submitted to ASEC at least seventy (70) days before your intended training date. This allows time for document verification and processing of the OTS notification. The final training schedule remains subject to confirmation.
When should we submit the documents?
Please submit complete documentary requirements at least seventy (70) days before your intended training date.
Our team will review the documents and advise you of any corrections or additional requirements. Sending an inquiry or incomplete documents does not confirm your enrollment or requested schedule.
Can you accommodate an urgent training request?
Please send your course, company/agency name, participant count, preferred dates, and the status of your documents.
We will check the earliest feasible schedule in line with the documentary submission deadline and applicable OTS requirements. An earlier schedule cannot be guaranteed.
Are classes face-to-face, and what are the training hours?
All courses are conducted strictly face-to-face, with no exceptions. Training hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on every scheduled training day.

Where is the training center?
The ASEC Training Center is at Units 914–918, 9th Floor, España Tower, 2203 Josefina Street, corner España Boulevard, Sampaloc, Manila.
We will confirm the training venue in your quotation and final schedule.
Can training be conducted at our facility?
We can review an outstation training request. Please send the course, participant count, proposed dates, and complete venue address.
Arrangements are subject to venue suitability, instructor availability, applicable OTS requirements, and a formal quotation. Complete documentary requirements must still be submitted at least seventy (70) days before the intended training date.
When is my enrollment confirmed?
Your enrollment is confirmed once all three requirements are met:
1. Your documentary requirements have been verified.
2. Your training schedule has been finalized.
3. ASEC has received the required 50% down payment.
Our team will notify you once your enrollment is confirmed.
When and how will I receive my certificate?
Your printed Certificate of Completion will be released after:
1. Successful completion of the course.
2. Full payment of the training fee.
3. Verification that all documentary requirements are complete and correct.
Our team will confirm the certificate release and collection arrangements with you.
Will I receive OTS certification after the course?
ASEC issues a Certificate of Completion to participants who meet the applicable course, documentary, and payment requirements.
This certificate forms part of the requirements for a separate application for OTS certification as AVSEC personnel. Completing the training does not automatically grant OTS certification.
